C-Section Delivery – Birth-Time Astro planning

There are often requests for “appropriate” birth-time for delivery. Before sharing my generic observations about this topic let me share how I go about it. My MAJOR focus is the health of the jachcha and bachcha:  The best time which shows healthy time for mom to give birth and with a chart which shows the best possible health in a given day or a week. Simply astro-speaking – my focus is the 1^st house planets, aspects on the 1^st house and the owner of the 1^st house (“L1) and its placement and aspects on this planet (L1). This is the MOST imp aspect and rather the ONLY aspect should be for anyone suggest a birth time. Trying to suggest a time which is for good luck or to say avoid Shani Mahadasha or Antardasha (or Rahu) etc is often futile and can backfire. The soul needs to have enough energy and “well-being” to go thru this life! :) Rest all is secondary. Of course, once the birth-time is finalized with lagnesh and 1^st house in mind – if possible – I will try to see that Moon is not close to Rahu Shani Ketu or planets in the RashiGandaant and so on. If at all Shani and Mangal are aspecting the same houses of the chart – try to chose them as 3 9 11 or 6 and not 1 or 8. Avoid exchange of L3 and L8 or L1 and L8 or L1 & L6 etc etc, if there are any tough degree planets – try them not to have at the same lagna-degree (Bhavarambh). Take good planets at Bhavarambh. I try to avoid dates of 8 17 26 and 4 13 22 as much as possible. (I do have my own priority list of lesser-evils which I prefer based on Bhavesh and overall planet strengths!) AstroMNC

Even if a lucky date is chosen say 24 but SHUKRA /VENUS is in RashiGandaant – then this date highlights and increases imp of Venus in the chart – so it could backfire! One can see how delicate this balance is! AstroMNC

HAVING commented above: here are some common observations I have found from 90s.

(1)    For an extreme good or intense chart (Karmic reward or debt) then the soul would not allow you to choose the time and cheat! :) The soul would somehow get the indications of your plans and worst case it would force birth one day earlier if some specific planet is being avoided by planning! :) I have seen some births happening surprisingly in these manners!

(2)    You can try to choose lagna-rashi and nakshatra and often succeed in that. But you can’t choose degrees of any major planets!

(3)    You can’t choose to not have planets retrograde like Shani or Guru or even faster moving Budh- Shukra-Mangal!

(4)    RAHU KETU SHANI GURU move slowly so their degrees are not changing dramatically barring some exceptions – or even their navamansh is difficult to manipulate.

(5)    Chandra Nakshatra is also very difficult to manipulate!

(6)    RAHU degree shows DNA or say paternal side family history – it can’t be changed by choosing ANY birthtime in a given day or for weeks as navamansh stays the same! This is such a common-sense that one can easily see that of course – just changing birth time would not change history! :) YES – changing lagna-degree to NOT have RAHU -KETU right at Bhavarambh can reduce impact of family history on an individual but KARMA has its own way to manifest as there are 3 RAHU and 3 KETU owned Nakshatra which ensure that you have some planets in these nakshatras which can’t be changed as they stay that way for weeks and months!

(7)    Same as above for KETU which is maternal family history / DNA!

(8)    GURU and SHANI like Rahu KETU – rather SHAN is slower – so the planets which shows deficit of Karma and its aspects show deficit of karma is not changing much whatever time you chose. Again, Bhavarambh etc matters but Shani drushti on RAHU GURU KETU can’t be managed! Yes, Shani drushti on Chandra or Mangal could be managed A BIT here and there. Chandra certainly but again there are so many factors to consider. It could get tricky!

(9)    Numerology – now marrying all the chart with lucky dates or kaarmic burden dates could get very tricky too! AstroMNC

So, all said and done – yes good to plan and good to discuss with astrologer but then it needs VERY involving analysis and this is not a 2 min analysis! Also, prepare to discuss with astrologer why this time chosen and what the rationale behind this etc. If something is to avoid KETU due possible indication of some issues in the maternal family and you are PRETY sure such events have not happened in the maternal family – then you can ask astrologer to avoid that as a criterion and go ahead if other things fine and so on!
