MY own example of 8th SHANI in 2003/2004 to say May2005: Came back to India from abroad after 6 years of H1 assignments etc. (Always LOVED working offshore!) When came back, offshore was about processes, people management more than customer focus/interactions and outright skills. Went as programmer and came back as a “senior” wanting to be project/program mgt. :) Was I ready, right away? Would I have been given a big mass project right away -or start with 4-6 folks or smaller size and so on? Processes – ISO or more so CMMI Level 5 v1.4 also needed learning curve which was NOTHING abroad at client site. So how you do you go about this lack of masses, lack of volume work? Use GURU – had 9 10 11 GURU from JUNE2002 to JULY2005 for 36 months. HARD-CORE Computer Engineering and ranker from Engineering times—anything tech was easy and anything customer was easy due to 6 years abroad. So, GURU helps mask this 8th SHANI deficit of not being at one place to be able to lead THOSE masses! :) TO ADD – Had 10th GURU Satva-Pariksha also at the same time! It had its own fun! PORTLET API!! Talk about Niche Skills requirement). (1) Bhagya-sthan is of travel & expansion and long-term strategic initiatives. Your efforts now will be aligned well to a greater cause. It is THE BEST house of Guru movement!
(2) You will get great guidance, right advice and a mentor or a Guru. You will actively seek advice or easily get advice from various experts.
(3) A promotion or a position which almost eventually guarantees a promotion is a given! As Guru is about knowledge, this position and promotion is associated with increased knowledge and not just due to increase in business!

(1) This SHANI impact is more to Punarvasu and Pushya in 2023 more and lesser to Ashlesha. 2024 first 6 months its about Pushya and Mid 2024 to March2025 is predominantly Ashlesha.
(2) The 8th house Shani movement or that of any planet is NOT the leverage mode (gains, income or pro-environment) and certainly for something like Shani which is nothing but our own karma-deficit.
(3) Any 8th house planet mandates to rejuvenate, retrospect and make a course correction. Shani in this house is no different except that this goes for a long time! :)
(4) Shani will force you to acquire new skills by putting you into a role that is more of an individual capacity and not getting work done by delegation from a lot of people. Means, you will be away from your mass-base.

(10) The 8th Shani has drushti on the 5th house means one needs to watch education (students) and kids. Pay close attention to what the kids want. You will need to spend time with them not giving quick fix or quick solutions.
(11) The 8th Shani is about inheritance related issues. Need to pay attention to any long-ignored matters. NOT to rush these matters and take it slowly. DO NOT go for quick money or gambling. The 10th GURU from 22APRIL2023 to APRIl2024 is a pressure-cooker situation: Satva-Pariksha, Character and Skill Test!
(1) Everything related to career becomes THE focus & the home front is ignored a bit.
(2) The 10th Guru will increase pressure, hard-work & stress at workplace. Experts (SMEs) consultation is highly recommended in this period – it will make things easier for you.
(3) Reporting to or working for a boss of equal ability or even less in some respects is quite possible until APRIL2024 even if it is for a few weeks or a few months! No fault of your or your boss as you had different career paths & they crossed here. Need to keep patience.
(4) This is overall a PRESSURE-COOKER period! Some folks fall thru the cracks or react violently or with anxiety to the 10th Guru stress & it hurts unnecessarily as you are anyways doing all the hard-work.
(5) The ones who work hard regardless of insults (direct or indirect) or ignorance will get MAJOR MAJOR success from APRIL2024.
