MY own example of 8th SHANI in 2003/2004 to say May2005: Came back to India from abroad after 6 years of H1 assignments etc. (Always LOVED working offshore!) When came back, offshore was about processes, people management more than customer focus/interactions and outright skills. Went as programmer and came back as a “senior” wanting to be project/program mgt. :) Was I ready, right away? Would I have been given a big mass project right away -or start with 4-6 folks or smaller size and so on? Processes – ISO or more so CMMI Level 5 v1.4 also needed learning curve which was NOTHING abroad at client site. So how you do you go about this lack of masses, lack of volume work? Use GURU – had 9 10 11 GURU from JUNE2002 to JULY2005 for 36 months. HARD-CORE Computer Engineering and ranker from Engineering times—anything tech was easy and anything customer was easy due to 6 years abroad. The 8th house Shani from JAN-17-2023 to MARCH2025:
(1) This SHANI impact is more to Punarvasu and Pushya in 2023 more and lesser to Ashlesha. 2024 first 6 months its about Pushya and Mid 2024 to March2025 is predominantly Ashlesha.
(2) The 8th house Shani movement or that of any planet is NOT the leverage mode (gains, income or pro-environment) and certainly for something like Shani which is nothing but our own karma-deficit.
