CORPORATE LIFE and a well-defined JOB helps MITIGATE or REMEDY many issues of a horoscope! Now, this is an observation based on following points. Let us not make a RULE or a philosophy out of this observation and make a religious fanatic argument about it.

Reasons:
(1) Corporate has comprehensive thought process baked-in with calculations, risk identification, risk mitigation, risk management etc thought process.

(2) Corporate insists on People Management: SWOT - What you are good at, what you want to do and what corporate wants you to do and so on and also EMOTIONAL Intelligence, Employee engagement. Top Performer Identification etc.

(3) CHANGE MANAGEMENT: THIS IS the BIGGEST aspect of corporate life which teaches you change management for any NEW things.

(4) Process Management – Checklists SOPs and guidelines and so for anything & everything.

(5) Knowledge Management / Knowledge Harvesting etc.

(6) Professional (Self) Development

(There are more aspects of course.)

We had a framework for assessing performance PATNI had LEAP framework and IGATE also had similar and even additional genius stuff on “OPTIMISM”. Some REAL GOOD text! PATNI had 6 head and 13 SUBHEADS in the performance review! Actually, even if you looked at these subheads weekly – it would have been a self-hypnotism to perform better and better! The major head were – VISION, STRATEGY, CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE, PEOPLE EXCELLENCE, ORG Excellence, NETWORKING (internal/external) etc. All these heads/subheads could guide you weekly/monthly apart from your bread-butter stuff.

As you can see --- your WORST of the WORST time -- corporate life has consciously or subconsciously has prepared you to handle it in an efficient way. In a methodical way, with consideration of various multiple aspects. Your RAHU ANTARDASHA creates MAJOR IRRITATION and ANXIETY and SCRATCHIGN AN ITCH ---à Change management and process and financial analysis which is baked in corporate will help you manage RAHU ANTARDASHA MUCH better way except for say your DNA and genetics which are shown by RAHU very strongly. Also, your family members – you can’t control! :) But at least manage your reactions well!

 

Your SHANI ANTARDASHA which needs corrections of earlier (whether this or earlier birth) errors/omissions (karm) also is better managed by conscious awareness of various techniques of estimations, financial analysis and also anyways RAHU AD does not create THAT much of an issue to a corporate guy as mentioned above. MOST of the SHANI AD period issues are created in RAHU AD which is one AD before SHANI anyways (this birth karm).

 

Even if you are a from a business family with lots of people with lots of planets in 2 6 10 houses (Arth/Finance/business sector houses) including you– you are better off being part of a corporate life for soe time which is predominantly shown by 1 5 9 houses – DHARMA and DUTY! Even if you are an artist or a freelancer personified by planets in 3 7 11 houses – you are better off with corporate exposure to bring in professional approach towards your freelancing and inspirational side.

 

These thoughts and this write-up has struck me from a long-time as I observed excess emotions, excess aggression, excess of anything getting RATIONALIZED by corporate and that too not overtly but BY DESIGN! This helps people manage their mental or family or physical turbulence MUCH better way than NON-Corporate person would! That’s why a corporate person might not approach a GURU/Spiritual GURU easily but a business or artists folks have this NEED for some spiritual GURU or some family GURU to rationalize the life experiences! Corporate life consciously or subconsciously fills in the vacuum of a GURU or THOUGHT LEADERSHIP!
